Home to the worlds best winning racing pigeons!

In 2006, my father started my brother and myself out with a few pairs of homing pigeons to get us involved with a hobby that had him hooked for years. We got to get to know our pigeons and get to see the process of raising and what owning pigeons was like. I was hooked from the first day.
Through trial and error for the first few seasons of my career, I was not getting the results I wanted. I was getting one good bird here and there, the rest of them being behind the rest of the competition. That all changed in the spring of 2019, when I started my internship with Frank McLaughlin, one of the worlds best known and respected fanciers.
Frank took me under his wing and he taught me the ins and outs of what it takes to be a champion fancier. Between the feeding, minerals, little tips and tricks, he helped me have a good 2019 young bird season. From there, I acquired some children from some of his best breeders, and it all took off from there. 2020 was a breakout year for us and have not settled for where we are. He let me handle my first imports, Frank showed me what to look for in a pigeon what not to look for. I soaked in everything I possibly could like a sponge when he talked. It seemed like there were always more and more questions to be answered every time I saw him.
I have studied nonstop for the last few years on the most winningest pigeons in our sport today. To me it is so important to know the ins and outs of these superstar pigeons. Because of that, we constantly are searching the globe for the next superstar foundation breeder for our program.
Fast forward to today, I can proudly say that we have some of the top genetics in the sport. With the power of social media and the internet, we have been able to get everything we have wanted to make a very solid breeding core. We will never settle for anything less than perfect. All of our pigeons have been hand selected and recommended by some of the best fanciers in the sport, and it is an honor to house some of the best winning genetics the sport has to offer.
We have studied numerous different families in the last few years. We are proud to own some of the best families of pigeons in the world. We have heavily invested into some of the hottest pigeons on the planet, buying children and grandchildren from the famous breeders in the family. When you have the best genetics on the market, it makes competing in races a lot easier! Check out "Our Families" at the top of the page, and see our amazing breeding core. Here at LandingStrip Lofts we do not settle for just any ordinary pigeons, we aim for the best!
Thank you to my parents Tony and Christine Quartarone for supporting my passion for the sport. Without the support from my family none of this would be possible. And to my siblings, Tony, Angela, and Gina Quartarone who have been by my side the last few years to help me grow and share this amazing passion for pigeons together.
Thank you to my high school guidance councilor Ellen Pillsbury for giving me the chance to work with such amazing people. My partnership and friendships with many around the world would not have started without you!
Thank you to Frank McLaughlin and his brother Dan McLaughlin, who took me under their wing. They helped me put together an impressive collection of stock birds, and showed me what it takes to be a champion fancier. Frank and Dan have been a godsend for me in the sport. I would not be where I am today without their friendship and guidance! Being around two of the best fanciers in the world has only pushed me harder to be the best I can be.
Thank you to some of my other friends in the sport, Ulrich Lemmens, Ado Zohorovic, Gene Pimental, Adrien Mirabelle, Jeff Lingle, Big Andy, Hardy Kruger, Jelle Roziers, the PIPA team, Mike Ganus and many more for all of their support, guidance, and helping me become the fancier I am today. You all have played a role in my development as a young fancier in the sport, and they all have helped me grow and love the hobby as much as they do.
